In 2013 my family went to the beach. I stayed in the sand and built sand castles but my sister and dad went in the water. They said the water was cold and I should go in , but I was to scared. The water was clear and very pretty. There was a long pier that we walked down far into the ocean. I was very scared that I would fall so we left the pier. My sister and I built a huge sand castle it was nearly taller than me. At the end of the day we had a picnic on the beach. Then we had to leave. I was sad to leave because I had an amazing time.
